Let's not forget the cheerleaders

I would say that a teams morale has alot to due with their performance on Sunday. This league does not compensate a teams cheerleading staff. By my calculation 1.06% of a teams production in any given game is effected by the cheerleaders. For our league not to draft cheerleading squads, is unjust. We must involve every part of the game to come up with the fairest scoring system.
