I've sent private emails to everyone who has not explicitly re-upped for 2018, but have not heard back from anyone.
I'll try some phone calls, etc., but unfortunately I'm quickly approaching the time where I have to start recruiting. Like, if I don't hear anything then I HAVE to start recruiting. I have no choice. So if you want to be in again, and I dearly hope that is the case, then you must let us know asap. Football is back! |

| I've played in a fantasy baseball league with hanny, the owner of Cursed Diamond, for many years. He emailed us before the start of the baseball season this year that he was dealing with some medical issues and didn't have the time to devote to his team and wasn't going to be playing fantasy baseball. I hope everything is ok, but the fact that he hasn't responded yet makes me think he won't be back in Aurora this year...I hope I'm wrong but it may not be a bad idea to start looking for a replacement owner... |

He has been a rock in both Aurora and Midgard, so I'm guessing that his absence this year isn't a coincidence. Unfortunately, I think we do need to move forward and try to find a replacement.
Everyone, please start actively recruiting. If we can find a replacement owner, we can still start our auction at the end of the week!
Brett, if you do see this and want to be in for 2018 then the team is obviously still yours! We just need to move forward because the auction is so soon. |

With Cursed Diamond not in the picture, that does leave us with one opening. Please start recruiting everyone! I'm optimistic that we can still start our slow auction at the end of the week. |
