Really, chuckleheads?

At least two teams that were still in play-off contention started inactive players this week. I am rather disgusted by that. I believe one team had a similar issue last year. This is not the Ragnarok I know and love. |

Once again... what could have been.

I had 3 matchups this year where coaching decisions cost me a win.
Week 5 against the Rush, I decided to stay with Julian Edelman rather than pick up Terrance Williams that week (I picked him up the next week). Williams scored 19 points and Edelman scored 2 - I lost by 13.
Week 9 againt Steely-Danzig, I decided to start Dalton over Luck. Luck scored 21 and Dalton scored 6 - I lost by 5.
Week 13 against the Maulers, 10 minutes before kickoff I put Donald Brown in over Ben Tate. Tate scored 25 point and Brown scored 9 - I lost by 10.
If I was a better coach, I'd be in the playoffs. |

I Don't alway have the option of hovering over my computer
|
|
|

As of 10 am central time I rechecked my line up and by the time I got home to watch the games at 12:05 Bilachick benched Steven Ridley who has been my most consistent RB. As far a Percy Harvin by the time I read that there was a potential he would not play in the Monday Night Game do to re-injuring his hip I had no WR left to start in the 3:30 sunday games. 6 points from making the play-offs and realizing that any other combination of RB/WR option that I could have chosen would have given me the win, Yeah it pisses me off. No on to blame but me and that time machine that I haven't invented yet. |

Reading ESPN on Saturdays? Or watching NFL Countdown on Sunday mornings? It's so crazy it just might work. |

Orange Julius practiced all week and as of sunday morning when i left my house he was still looking like he would play even though he technically was still a game time decision. after dropping 4 of my last 5 games, i decided that i had to swing for the fences in order to get a win; and half an Orange Julius is probably better than a whole Housler. so i rolled with O.J. and then left the house to haul and set up a swing set for Mars the Destroyer of Worlds, and i wasn't able to get back to a computer until after the games began. it was quite a surprise to see him scratched again.
hopefully, O.J. will be healthy for this week. suck on some vitamin C, Maulers! |
