Auction question

I just want to verify that we all start with 400 CPs, correct? I see that in my bank on the auction page as well as the rules. But in looking at my "Funds" page, it states I have 200. Then when I add up last years prices, it seems that everyone stayed below 100. Just want to clarify before I start bidding.

| those other pages are now updated with the proper displays, and the auction room has a "Warroom" frame that also summarizes everyone's banks. |
