    Let's have a meeting
holy cow, May is already upon us and training camps are right around the corner!

What does everyone think about the idea of getting together to discuss Aces High improvements for 2004? If we do it in May, not only will Jeremy get to directly participate (he's moving to Philly on June 1), but we'll all have enough time to reflect upon everything before a June 15 solidification of rules. That June 15 date allows everyone to have a full month to consider how any rules changes may impact who they keep on July 15.

I know there are a number of issues that will be brought up. Leading up to the meeting, it would be great if everyone could post their suggestions to the message board.

Rules Suggestion: no more homefield advantage
this one is obvious. with 10 teams, we do not have a symmetrical home and away ratio for all teams. therefore, any economic system cannot contain this element, nor can we continue to award +2 points to the home team.

it's got to go, even though it's a cool idea. maybe we could implement it for playoff time?

    excellent
that's a great idea - no more HFA except for playoffs. the illuminati suggest that the Championship game, however, should be on a neutral field.

    Meeting.
When is a good time to meet, I'm open any evening or any Sunday anywhere. I'd like to talk about FA, both defining our off-season FA and starting the in-season FA right after the draft instead of waiting two weeks. I also like Jaimie's idea of adding off season roster spots (practice squad) to give teams a little flexibility leading up to the draft and through the preseason. Anyone interested in having two (or more) possible starting formations?

    What?
Without a doubt, Johnson & Boston should headline this poll. Burress is an underachiever. I should know, I've the two biggest in him & Stallworth. What about K-Rob, Galloway, Az & T. Glenn? Fantasy guys seem to overrate these guys each year. Burress & Stallworth will be ranked low on lists this year because of poor past performance. This may be their last shot. Let's keep the debate going. What about overrated/underrated QB's/RB's? Zerroue,Maddox? Discuss amongst yourselves. This week Tuesday or Sunday are good to meet.
