The factor and Thunder have made a 4 player trade.
The Portland Factor have traded Corey Dillon and Chad Johnson to the Asgard Thunder for "Cadillac" Williams and T.O..

Ditto the Horsemen and the Bruins....
It's really fucked up when a last place team gives up and gives all of his best players other than his franchise player away to another team to ensure their win. It should be reviewed and considered cheating. There should be no trades after week 12 anyway, imho.

Actually, he gave away his franchise player two
Or rather, the two best candidates to be his franchise player next season in Dillon and Chad Johnson. The trade is stupid, yes--and perhaps unfair as well, I don't know. If I'm the Factor, I don't trade my two best players for a guy whose future is uncertain (TO) and a rookie running back. Then again, maybe that's why his record is 1-11.

there are no 2 ways about it......
Factor traded away his 2 best players (both franchise candidate) for 2 players of FAR lesser value. Thats why we have a "Fairness comittee" to make sure bullshit like this doesn't happen

    Wasn't there a lockdown anyway
for the last three weeks and playoffs in the past? I can't find it in the rules anymore. When was it unwriiten? I don't know if the Fairness Committee has ever met, but even if Portland is dead in the water, this trade is a benchmark for shitty play that we've never had to deal with. It goes beyond drafting Cowboys.

    Sorry if this offended anyone.
Dillon was hurt when this trade was put up. TO (the best WR in the game) with a suspension for an injured Dillon and A stud WR for a stud RB. I didn't know Dillon practiced, and was said to play this week, untill the trade went through. I don't know how much this changes everything but it should change everyones veiws at least a bit. Oh, IMHO Caddy is a Franchise player as is TO. Dillon is too old to be a franchise player. I'll talk with Keith and see what he says.

dude, save the weak ass argument......
you don't get to swap a pile of shit for a pile of gold. Here is a reality check for you 2 knuckle heads, TO is fucking suspended for the season, 31 years old and a clear cut head case. Sounds like a great franchise player to me!!.....shhhiiittt. Cadillac is a poor mans Rueben Drougns at best. Sure, he's a potential franchise player, if you have the shittiest team ever and are retarded. Chad Johnson is pretty much the clear cut best WR in football, young, on a great up and coming team. Dillon is a top 6 draft pick next year with at least a few more great years on a good team. Its one thing to get lucky on a lop-sided trade, its quite another thing to butt-fuck an apparent stroke victim with a 1-11 record. That trade is dead.

Sounds like sour grapes to me, Will!
Oh, by the way, T.O. is the best...just ask him. I saw him doing some killer sit-ups in his driveway one day. I mean, everyone is always talkin' about him. In any event I will be happy with a better team this year or S.Alexander as my franchise, a top four pick, and Caddy as the 33-36th over-all player as my second rounder.

at 1-11, maybe it would be best to do the opposite of what your gut tells you.....
Chad Johnson for Caddy......well thats fuckin' dandy!! Caddy had a great game in week 3. I should have been trolling more turds around the league hoping some fish would bite.

What defense is there for offering a player that WON'T PLAY?
You can try and spin this all you want, but you know it was total bullshit. TO is out for the fucking year. There is no possible reason that he should show up in a trade offer, period.

    From what I was told
Gustafson told me that it was the Factor that offered the trade in the first place. If that is true, then he really isn't at fault for taking advantage of Pflueger's idiocy. I think Gustafson rescinded the offer, and they may try to work out a trade in the off-season from what he said.

    No offseason trading allowed
The Maulers should know this better than anyone. If an offseason trade is allowed, I should receive LT in compensation from 2 years ago.

Well, you can look at it any way you like.
But I'm feelin' like I start with S.Alexander, a top four pick and C. Johnson in the second. I never had a problem with this from the begining.

    Its simple, Lynchsquad.
Due to the fact that I had secured a first round play-off bye, my trade only meant a large upgrade in WR and medium downgrade in RB for two games. Instead I get a huge upgrade in WR by trading Caddy for C.Johnson next year. Oh, I get that for 16 games.

    The only way that works....
Is if you drop Alexander as your franchise and keep Chad. I tried to explain that you can't use your rookie rule spot on anything other than a rookie. If, after announcing franchise players, you and Factor make the trade of Caddy for Chad, then you will have to choose to keep either Chad of Alexander. You will have lost your rookie rule spot by trading Caddy away.

So, lets say I keep S.Alexander and Caddy.....
as my second round pick. I could trade Caddy for C.Johnson one nano-second after the start of the draft, right?

Maybe 1 nano-second after the 2nd round is over...
But the point the Thunder is making is still correct. People bitched about a mediocre trade that may or may not help the already heavily-favored Thunder win the title, and in the process helped the Thunder become the heavy favorite for next year. Does that make things less confusing?

Helped make them the heavy favortie for next year??
people bitched about the horseshit TO, Caddy, Dillon, Johnson trade. The Caddy for Johnson trade was approved. They didn't do it. So the fact that Erik decided to make the deal for next year had nothing to do with peoples bitching.

    What is this? Advanced calculus?
Hell--I can't figure out what the hell is going on, and I'm half-Asian for Chrissakes.

Regardless of what trade is happening, who is involved, how sketchy it may be, and when it is occurring, the one constant here seems to be that the Factor is retarded.

Say this Chad Johnson for Cadillac Williams trade happens next season. How the shit does that help the Factor anyway?

This year all the top RB prospects were gone before the seventh pick.
He will probably be out of position to get one next year. This trade would give him one.
