Offenses
A variety of offenses that had nothing to do with football but everything to do with calling Keith out on some freelance bullshit. Way to flex you power Keith in a completely irrelevant way.
Kent...you really should look in the mirror to find a useless piece of shit, btw. The thought of you calling anyone else whiny is a damn riot.
The rest of you guys were awesome though and it sucks to be booted for a bullshit reason and you guys being fed this load of shit from Keith. Believe who you want but I have to put it out there for you.
Oh, and as Joe always put it so elequantly, "Eat a bag of dicks"...and good luck guys. |

Do you think I don't know that Kevin Jones was in? You don't think I wanted to change him out? If you're gonna be such a dick about this then fuck this shit. I don't need it. I have no problem accepting my responsibility for my lineup each week. That's not the point. The point is that every team, at some point or another, will make gaffes throughout the season. You just choose to call those teams out that might affect you and your sorry Shitsplitters -- not the entire league. If you are so worried about making the playoffs then news flash: change up your shitty team. We can't all live alone out in the middle of fucking nowhere with nothing but our laptop, our cats and an endless supply of vaseline. |

deal with it Keith...

it hppens to be a holiday week and I have been out of state since Monday -- when Jones was probable. If you accusing me of being a half-ass why don't you check the other two leagues I am in. I'm not doing stellar in those either. And, even if a wild card team does win over me get the fuck over it. If not, find someone to fill my spot and boot me to the curb. I have been having a tough couple of months and I can't stress this enough: I don't give a fuck about whether you approve of my choices or not. I am keeping up with things the best way I can. I don't give up and I am not handing out any wins to anyone -- especially kent (luv ya kent;))... |

Hey Maulers, maybe a warm cup of shut the fuck up will ease your animosity. Is it has it I have been dealing with a death in the family this week and was not able to prioritize my roster assignments correctly, I suppose. As for my team, I have been trying to make trades but it seems like everyone seems to want the best and in return offer shit.
Oh, and dynasty, you would just as bad off if you hadn't had like 40 picks in the first 2 rounds. |

Healpful hand needed

There are some of us who do this (web/game programming) for a living and hve offered on many occasions to help out in times of need only to be told no. So, there should be no excuse for delayed information. When Keith is down and out for a bit then hand off some of the work to the others. Commish, you don't have to do it all by your lonesome. -- btw, ASP blows and PHP rulz ;) |

It's really fucked up when a last place team gives up and gives all of his best players other than his franchise player away to another team to ensure their win. It should be reviewed and considered cheating. There should be no trades after week 12 anyway, imho. |

IR question...

Is it correct that if you declare a player on IR that they have to be your Franchise Player? In my case it is. I am keeping Donovan McNabb for next season. But, what happens if a non-franchise player is put on IR? There is no way of taking them off. |

I don't know about you guys but it has burned me up all season that the Maulers have not even tried to play. For those of us who love the sport and the competition I think it sucks that they don't even give a shit. They are only helping pad the winning columns for the other teams in their division. And, btw, how the hell can they only have 385 points and not but out of the running yet? Jesus... |

another scoring issue...
First off commish, where the heck is the link to the scoring errors threads on the forum. It's got to be tucked away somewhere 'cause I can't find it. Anyway, I also have an uynresolved scoring issue. The Dolphins Def/ST had 15 points total and not 11 points (7 sacks, 2 ints + 2 ff, 1 safety, 1 onside). Also, you might want to check for any roster issues 'cause I had Jurevicius in my starting line-up and I had benched Reggie Brown. I, also, had Dick Vermeil in for Joe Gibbs. For some reason they are not listed as starters. Did something get wipe out? It would suck if it did 'cause the one time I play JJ -- and he does awesome -- something comes along and roxxors me. I blame Bush! |

It seems like it would be really easy for me to come to this conclusion, too, if I had waited -- like you did -- for all the points to be scored before I looked at the rankings (of week 1!) and worked up my "report card". The first week is hardly an indicator of an entire season. If it was then I would never have finished 2nd last year. Now go back to your Coldgay music or whatever it is you listen while you are watching real fantasy football fans battling it out here in Ragnarok. You weren't even good enough to be a 'noob. I went against my own better judgement and sat Favre this week due to his "supposed" inactive status. I haven't lost since starting him. Had he started, I would have won. And, Elam gets 2 40-yarders as opposed to to 39 yarders.....grrrr.
BTW, what's up with having a homefield advantage during the final game? It should be even with no bonus being given to either player. |

TE Scoring System...
The TE end scoring system needs to be looked out. The way it is now, only 3 or 4 TE's are even really worth a damn when it comes to points. I think it would help out a lot if, in addition to what's already in place, we added 1 point per reception. That way more teams with suck ass tight ends, and even those with stud TE's get more use out of the TE's. Thoughts? Anyone care, or is it just me? |

Recheck your sources..

I know you stay online in the fantasy realm a lot but you may want to recheck your sources about Pinkston. Every injury report (including the Eagles own web page) having him starting tonight. Sorry to rain on the Mauler's parade there but UO injury reports don't count... |

Due to you pointing out my mistake in the Mixed Yardage I now have to use Deshaun Foster's straight yardage and on the straight yardage chart(instead of 16 points he now has 20 points Commish). That adds 4 more points to my total bringing me total to 58...oh yeah that's your score too......thanks for helping a NooB out... |

Keith, you are apparantly playing this up more than it needs to be. I just made a request and either way it turns out I'm cool with my pick. I merely wanted to express concerns that I had w/ regards to the first year rules (ie. inheriting FP's). Beyond that, I am ready to get it on!
Guys, apparantly Keith, in his inevitable way ;) , has once again overdamatized things. Gotta love 'em for though. All hail the Splitters -- now let's move on. |

It's no biggie to me......
Man, I'm cool with Horn and don't mind having him as my FP -- at all! And, as for the O-line remark, anybody with an IQ above a rhesus monkey's knows that they're going to suck hard this year -- don't need to scout that, all you need to have is just a heartbeat. Anyway, inheriting teams and having to choose a FP from them is kind of lame. It unbalances things in such a way as to cripple the first-year player, not to mention draft position. It's possible for some of the older players (one team has 2 FP's) to have 3! top picks before we even have a chance to pick one -- not including the fluffer FP we already have. If you felt the same when you inherited Collins -- and I imagine your team had to suck way worse than mine to have to declare him as your FP-- then you understand my frustration. If not, oh well, it's no biggie. I really don't give a shit either way. I just pitched the idea to Keith and that's it. |

Switch
The only thing that I am concerned with is that I was never given enough time to research the players on the team I inherited before I had to declare a Franchise Player. I wanted more time -- or at least the same amount of time that a normal team would get. I just don't want to spend this much money and go in with too big of a disadvantage 'cause I got stuck with team full of shit and had no control over it. |

Waffle??
Several other teams did not declare their franchise players until weeks after the deadline. When I was handed this team, I was told to have someone pick as my franchise player within a few days and that was next to impossible considering I had nothing but crap and had to sift through their crappy scouting reports and projections. Given that all the non-"noobs" more-or-less hand picked their franchise player and I couldn't puts me at a serious disadvantage. This only seems fair to at least let me make this switch. |

Misunderstood franchise players...
Keith cleared it up for me that I am stuck choosing from this pile of shit called a team that I was stuck with this year. So, I purused it and could only safely choose Joe Horn as my franchise player, although Kevan Barlow is tempting -- too bad the Niners O-line is going to suck balls this year or I would have gone with him. |

I still have Bulger to play Keith and the way he is playing now he has already scored at least 4 points giving me the win over the Piledrivers. How come the records have already been changed? The Piledrivers will be 9-5 not 10-4 and I should be 6-8 not 5-9. I just want to end my season with the win that I deserve even if it doesn't help much |

No Deal Don...

NO! I will never let my little Ricky go. He's my bastard love-child. :)
Seriously, though, Moe will be losing a lot of playing time to Bennett and Smith plus Ricky is a stud RB (allbeit, a little overworked) and Moe isn't. I know Ricky will come out of this slump and, paired with Fragile Fred, hopefully keep me in contention -- odds fading fast, though.
On an aside, Morton for Wayne sounds like a good deal. |
