| .... my opinion stands that this is horeshit. To make a decision on Sunday at 11 am is pretty ubsurd. Had someone figured something out earlier, I could have at least tried to make a trrade with someone. FA was Wednesday, if you are the commish and you can not make this decision until Sunday, maybe someone else needs to be in charge!! Are you seeing my point. When I set my team on Sat night, he was on my roster. I was out of pocket all day Sunday until 4 pm at which time I see you gave him to Nelson. What's more ironic is that I am losing by 2 pts. This could very easlily cost me the game. |

....according to the site, the Pigs bid on 3 players, $1 each, and no one else bid on those players, therefore I would place those on his team. I can't explain the Carney part, only that he is on my team and I desperatley need him this week. Big Penis seems to have gotten f'ed out of the NOLA Saints Def asswell but who really f'n cares. Mine seemed to work just fine BTW.
Although in my other league we also had a ton of probs, such as there being 2 Desmond Clarkes. 2 Maurice Jones-Drew's and 2 Ladell Betts'. We may need to check rosters and make sure that there aren't any other dublicates.

| Pleasae take note that by popular vote we are expanding the league to 12 teams. The Chattaboogie Swine are no longer a member of the league and we have added Tim, Jeremy and Chad. In doing this we have also decided to scrap all of our keepers and the upcoming draft order. We will draw for draft picks a week or so before the draft. Format changes will consist of 3 divisions of 4 teams each. The playoffs will consist of the winner of each division and 3 wild card teams (determined by best overall records, first tiebreakjer being total pts scored). We are now shooting for Sunday Aug 27th for the draft date, as Chad has agreed to open T-Bones for us only on that day. |

| I think I asked this last year also but, were the division changes a random event? IMO changing the divisions up annually, as we have now done for the 2nd year, detrracts from team rivalry's. I think if you are going to change the divisions up then you should do it by some kind of system. For example, you could move the winner of the South Divison up and the loser of the North down, or move the total pts leader from one division up and the least pts in the other, down. (Hate to use this as an example, but kind of like how they do the Chattanooga Swim League) They have 3 divisions with the best being the blue, 2nd the red and last the white. At the end of the year, the best team in the white moves up to the red, the best team in the red moves up to the blue. The worst team in the blue moves down to the red and the worst team in the red moves down to the white. This system would eventually pit the perrenial great teams against each other, creating rivalries. However, it's damn fun either way. Just my opinion. |

It basically has him completely laid up. I have not spoken with him and do not know what the time frame might be. I've got to imagine rosters and the site will be correct by Sunday. If not, worst case scenario, we post our starters on the message board. No option except to be patient, I reckon.

| The rules that are posted are consistent with an 8 team league. Because we have 10, we decided that it would be more FUN for everyone if the playoffs began early and we had more teams make them. We have been doing this each year now. I don't know about anyone's $100. Hard to blame me when half the players don't get me checks. However, this year I do have a check from everyone, althoughI know for a fact that two of the checks I have are drawn on closed accounts. Sometime during the offseason I plan to rewrite the rules specific for our league. |

| ...There is no such rule about rosters being locked down before the playoffs start. We have not discussed this before, during or after any season in which rules are discussed. Furthermore, it has been common for owners that are making the playoffs to go get their respective star players backups the week before the playoffs in the event their teams decide to rest their starters. I think what you are referring too is Paty trying to deal away his star players to Sam 2 yrs ago for an eventual cut of his winnings. That is of course BS, however this trade is nothing like that. |

Here is the deal (as I see it)...

| Paty is MIA. He has not changed his lineup in at least the last 2 weeks. While he has written a check that is assumably good, or at least as good as everyone elses, becasue they all remain uncashed, he is still in the league regardless of how he prepares each week. If he was to happen to win the entire thing starting the same lineup then he would get the $$, although very doubtfull. My thoughts are that at the end of the season we should replace his team with a new member, no questions asked, because his actions have compromised the integrity of our league. In other words, he owes our league to at the very least TRY, and try he has not. We can not simply have him forfeit each remaining game, as that would not be fair to the teams he has beaten up to this point. As for the tie, ties happen and we did not change anything to eliminate ties. You'll just have to overcome the odds Trilams.... I would love to discuss this situation further and welcome any and all ideas, as you know, my decision is not final by any means, this is still a democracy and each team has a say so, just think about both sides before you come to any conclusions (not just about yourself and your team..... SAM!!) Until later.... |

| Not sure what logic you used or if you just randomly changed the divisions (nor do I care) but an idea might be for each season to take the best 2 teams from the bottom and move them up and the worst 2 from the top, move down. Just a thought. |

| I called Tad at LMGC and checked availability. He said next Sat morning Baylor has a tournament going off at 830 and they are pushing the bubble back to 10:00 rather than 9:30. Which puts the Open game right behind them. He said we could probably squeeze right between them, putting us off around 11:00am. Should be good to go. |

It doesn't appear that this will matter. However, I believe Sam tried to change a player at the last minute earlier in the season and we wound up not letting it happen. The rules state the rosters are locked down at 1:00.

Wow!! A tie. It looks as if the tie-breaker is indeed the bench scores, which gives the W to the Packers. We will have to keep the bracket "hard-wired" out of fairness. | However, I am not trading Portis simply because I am out of it, nor am I making the trade to HELP the Swine on his season. I am simply looking ahead to next year and liking the possibility of having Lewis on my team then. I feel confident that his injury will heal by then. In fact, Jamal is a much better overall player than Portis, so if you were to argue it, you would have to argue it in the other direction. |

How in the f can you support your team after they fire the best coach they've had in the modern era? And for waht? For sticking by his staff? 10-2 one year and fired the next. It's not like Ole Miss is some kind of powerhouse year in and year out. What the hell do they expect? Where is Mike Dubose, probably can lure him away from Quitman Community College on the La/Ms border for a cuple hundred g's a year.
How the F you'll recruited Eli Manning is beyond me. |

| The game between the Swine and Shitbags of Week 8 originally had the Swine winning. A late change made byu the Shitbags would have led them to victory, however the change was put to a vote over the weekend and was declined. Therefore leading the Swine back to the victory they deserved. Please folks, get your starters IN on the computer before rosters are locked down prior to 1 o clock Sunday. This was an issue that has not occurred before in our league. The only democratic way to resolve this issue was the way in which it WAS resolved. I hope there are no hard feelings and being only our 2nd year, we are still in the process of ironing out these matters. Emial me any questions or just feel free to post your thoughts. |

What can I say other than this entire season has been a total disaster. The only bright spot on this turd of a season is the Vols might (with a win this weekend) make the game in Atlanta, and Im not talking about the f'n Peach Bowl. Hard to beat anyone when you're giving up nearly 90 pts a game to everyone. I am not a quitter though, I will try and spoil someone elses roast beef, starting with yours this week, Sloppy King.
