Mixed Yardage Running Back (M.Y.) This means that each week you can declare any starting RB as a Mixed Yardage player. This M.Y. player would then utilize a specialized yardage chart that helps to reflect a player's impact on their game. This is only good for RB's who get near a 50/50 split in receiving and rushing yards, and does not benefit the "stud" RB's who also happen to gain decent receiving yardage. It's more for the "Larry Centers" type of player.
