"If an NFL rookie spends the entire season on an inactive list and never plays a down of football, and this rookie was never rostered on a Ragnarok team, that player is then considered to be a rookie in the following year when they become an active player in the NFL. This could even involve more than one year of injury if it spans multiple consecutive seasons and all criteria is met."
