Alright you football heads, it's Memorial Day weekend and it is a great time to start dialing in our Aurora league. If you haven't already let your intention be known, please chime in on the forum whether or not you'll be continuing in Aurora 2021.
While doing so, let us know your thoughts on the idea of going divisionless in 2021. If so, we would simply use season Victory Points to determine the top 6 for the Aurora Playoffs, with tiebreaker going to the highest YTD points. The schedule would have everyone facing everyone else one time (11 games), and then we'd randomly determine the matchups for the remaining 3 weeks. If we do this, we'd also have a schedule release party on Zoom and watch the wheel of destiny select our matchups.
It's a bold idea, and if we do this then we'd also collectively evaluate it before the 2022 season and determine if we'd want to continue with it.
In any case, please post whether or not you are planning on being a league member for Aurora 2021. Thanks!
