Rules Proposal 24.2: Rage Waiving

| "It is hereby proposed that in a fit of rage any team can waive a player in realtime, before the next free agency signing period. If that cut player was a starter that week and is then signed at anytime in a future free agency session, the Megabucks signing value gets deposited into the bank of the team which waived said player." |
