draft weekend details!

As of today, we are a mere THREE WEEKS AWAY from draft weekend! If you know how many nights you'll be staying at the draft house, please post it to this thread so that I'll be able to tally the number of human nights and calculate a per-night price for everyone.
Similarly, feel free to post things that you'll be bringing which are community based.
For example, I'll be bringing:
* PS4: four controllers, Mortal Kombat 11, Gran Turismo Sport
* 2 dozen eggs from our chickens (I'd bring more but they are not producing much these days)
* podium, etc.
* poker chips and cards
* tripod and shutter clicker
I'm stoked about playing some games on that home theater. We'll be doing the SOTL on the big screen as well.
If anyone has a spare tablet or laptop that they could bring (in addition to their own primary), that would be a big help. If not, I'll have to lug my massive desktop machine. Even a tablet or iPad would be great.

I will bring a laptop for Keith, and I'll figure out other community based items as we get closer. I'm probably most useful as a guy to supplement stuff that is missing or in short supply. |

I wrote that walking down the hall at school. I will be there for the Thursday night game, and staying through to Monday. Four nights. I will bring food as well but not sure yet what. I will bring my Instant Pot (a cooking device, Keith...), so if you have experience with one and want to use it, of course you can. Coffee. We have a local roaster (Bald Guy) who makes great java. A cooler for outside. The corn hole boards. A green watch.
I'm so excited! And yesterday I also got Pat Mahomes in Aurora, too. So last night was a BOGO on Customized football with PM, for The Champ.
Sweet diggity.

Ok, all of the official human nights have been declared and we have a per night cost for everyone.
4 nights: Zach, Billy, Keith
3 nights: Stu, Jeremy, Scott, Kent, Joe, Sean
In addition, Dat will be there! Since he is buying a plane ticket to attend the draft, he gets to stay gratus.
That results in 30 human nights. Total rental is $1768.12. Which is $58.94 per night, regardless of if you are staying 3 nights or 4 nights. So if you are staying 4 nights, the total cost is $235.75. If staying 3 nights, the total cost is $176.81.

| Seems that Keith will get an email includinga pass code. The Airbnb doesn't list the address (that I could find). Just gives a range of it's location on Google Maps. Good part, if it is in that range on the map, it's not in Banner Elk, which is another 20-25 minutes out. Closer to Boone. Maybe in Foscoe. |

Linens/Soap
* All the beds will be made up with clean sheets, blankets, and comforters (blankets may be in a closet).
* There will be one bath towel and washcloth for each sleeping spot in the house.
* A starter bar of soap is provided in the bathroom. We do not intend to supply adequate soap for your entire stay. But the starter bar should suffice until a trip to the store.
* There should also be hand towels either in your bedroom or in the bathrooms.
Paper/Kitchen Supplies
* We do not intend to supply adequate paper products for your entire stay. But starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store. The following items are supplied minimally:
* There is a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but you should bring additional toilet paper, or plan to buy some when you run to the local grocery store.
* Two 13 gallon kitchen trash bags. It is likely you will need additional trash bags.
* Two packets of dishwasher detergent.
* We do NOT supply the following: cleaning materials, salt, pepper
We have found that there is a culture among vacation renters that resupplies depleted items for subsequent guests. So there may possibly be a partial roll of paper towels, cleaning materials, salt, pepper, etc. . . . But these items are not something you can rely on as they are not provided by Carolina Cabin Rentals. Please plan accordingly.
The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen stocked for basic meal preparation and serving. If you are planning a meal that requires special cookware or serving ware, or if certain appliances are needed, it is recommended that you bring these items to ensure you have what you need.
