Week 5 Draft Room improvements

For the next draft, the following improvements were deployed:
* Fixed the sorting ability for My Rankings
* Better detection for the online indicators
* Automatic exporting of drafted players to our team rosters in CustomizedFootball.com (I had been manually exporting the results)
* You now have the ability to make a rankings list before the draft and then apply it to the official draft room, without having to be online for the draft.
THAT LAST ITEM IS A BIG FEATURE! Obviously, it's still in everyone's interest to participate live and maximize their draft decisions. But for those rare Wednesdays where you may have another commitment, you can set up a rankings list to draft in your place.
The only caveat is that you cannot point it to a draft room unless the draft room exists. And we don't create our weekly draft rooms until Tuesday, because our draft order depends upon the overall standings. You can still prep it as much as you like before Tuesday, or simply maintain a list throughout the season, but you have to wait until Tuesday in order to apply it to the official draft room.
