Rules Proposal 23.1: Head Coaches
Black Surt has proposed an interesting rule for next season: If one team has a Head Coach and the other team does not, then the team with the coach wins a tiebreaker even if that coach lost their NFL game.

technically, it's wide open after the draft
according to the rules, you can technically have 0 players at any position.

It was mostly about the bye week, but if an owner dropped the position to add an extra skilled slot it would also apply.

We have deep rosters. Skipping on bye weeks in any position shouldn’t happen.

We don't have flex
So why would you not start a HC. Is this a sneaky way of creating a flex option sort of?

23.1 Head Coaches is likely to pass
With 7 YES votes and 2 NO votes, and this being a relatively small rules change, Rules Proposal 23.1: Head Coaches is heading towards approval unless someone would like to be vocal with why they are against it.
Personally, I really like this rule. It's quite modest in scope, it still grants free will to general managers, and it makes head coaches slightly more relevant.
