Legit question for the rules committee: if LeVeon is holding out, can I replace him as my franchise player under the Jamal Lewis Rule?

I agree even though he may start in Week Two...
|

| vs. an IR or long term injury. One takes that risk, like any any other. Bottom line: he's not fit to start Week One as a FP. |
