We are having an issue with the Widows. She tried to change her starters just before kick-off on Sunday after finding out one of them was hurt. The Titans game had not kicked off and the rosters were locked down. My explanation was that rosters were locked down one hour before kick-off. This is the case, isn't it? Please post message indicating the rule here just so everyone, including myself, will be clear on this.

Usually, games kick off around 1:05, give or take, so it's typical for rosters were locked down 5 or 10 minutes before then. The official "time" is based on the clock on the server, which is the same time that is stamped to any message post. For example, one person in another league made a post about the clock being "wrong," and their post saying it was 12:58 pm actually went on the board at 1:03 (cutoff at 1:00 sharp).
In short, the real concern is whether or not the page was working for the Widows, and when. If they tried to change their roster at noon and couldn't, that's a problem; if they tried at 1:01 and the game hadn't kicked off, then that is past the cutoff. If they tried at 12:55 (their "12:55") and it was not allowing a change, then I would attribute that to the server's time of 1:00 pm (and again, debates over 12:57 vs. 1:01, etc., is kind of pointless in light that you can ask 20 people what time it is and you'll get different answers.
Anyways, as mentioned on the homepage, the ultimate arbitor and failsafe is the message board, so if there are any issues about rosters, starters, trades, etc., these can be posted on the board and they are time-stamped.
I usually set my lineups early on Sunday, and then I've often tweaked them all the way up to 1 pm on most weekends. This weekend I was out of town and so I did not make any last minute changes. But pretty much every other week I have done so, and the code hasn't changed. Has anyone else had any problems in changing lineups after 12 pm?
I am guessing that this was an issue of the game not kicking off until after 1:05, but the freeze being in place at 1 pm...? |

| I tried to change Drew Bennett to Tyrone Calico after I heard Drew Bennett was hurt. It was 10-15 minutes before the game kicked. I'm not expecting the outcome of my game to change, but I just wanted to let you know what had happened. |
