game tie-breakers
We originally had regular season ties, and then changed that to have no ties and the tiebreaker is total points by defensive starters. In the playoffs, under the original thinking, we had no ties and the tiebreaker was supposed to be bench points.
How do we want to have ties resolved in the playoffs? Do we want to be consistent and have the tiebreaker be total points by defensive starters? Second tiebreaker being bench points? |

I concur with Jim and add that defense does win championships and not those who warm the bench! |

tie-breakers question
As agreed to in two meetings, there are no ties in the dynasty league.
Here is the official rule: "If the score of a game is a tie, then the tiebreaker becomes total defensive points by starters. The second tiebreaker is total bench points. Third tie-breaker is total defensive points by bench players. This also applies to the playoffs."
The question is: what is the 4th tie-breaker? Win-streak? Total wins? Home team? ??? |
