Draft Website Primer
I know that there were at least two past occasions where I thought the new drafting website was ready and I announced it as such, but then I realized how many more miles I had to go before I could sleep.
Now, however, I can say that IT IS LAUNCHED. Sure, because it is completely new there will be some adjustments to make, but overall it is quite functional. I've put a few more hundred hours into it this summer (seriously), and it's really starting to shine. I'm anticipating that an occasional lack of polish will be the most unpleasant thing we'll experience.
Here is a Quick Start guide to getting set up for the Ragnarok draft:
1. Go to www.customizeddrafts.com and create an account (you can log in with Google, Twitter, or Facebook, too).
2. Once logged in, go to My Rankings and create a new rankings list. Pre-populate it using the Standard scoring system. You'll be able to load this into the draft room when we do the draft.
3. Tinker with your rankings list, prepping it for our draft. Once in any draft room, you can load a copy of your rankings into the room and use it as desired.
4. Either send a friend request to me, or accept my friend request. This will allow us to join the same draft room. My username is "Moltar".
5. Once we are Friends, I'll add you to the draft room and you'll see it in the My Drafts list.
If you want to play with the website before our draft, you can mock draft Ragnarok to your heart's content. Just create a new league under your account, configure it like Ragnarok, and then launch as many mock drafts as you wish. You can invite friends to mock with you, too, or just keep it all top secret as you simulate drafting our league over and over. David and Eric and I have done a few mock drafts together in this fashion.
** NOTE: I cannot (and would not) look at any of your rankings lists, so rest assured that you can use the website with confidence. With modern security protocols, I can't even log into your CustomizedDrafts account if I needed to. **
Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any issues. Thanks! |

OFFICIAL 2017 RAGNAROK DRAFT ROOM
On Saturday night the new Customized Drafts website held it's first, FOR REALS, online draft. There were 12 users online in one draft room, logging in from all over the USA and on all types of devices, and the draft room was a total success!
With that being the case, and with some additional TLC that I put into it since that draft, I am really encouraging everyone to login and get comfortable with what will be our draft room this upcoming weekend.
Here is the Official 2017 Ragnarok Draft Room.
We will still have an offline format, meaning that you can just bring your pen and paper and be good to go. But if you wanted to use your phone, tablet, or laptop in order to interface with the draft room and see everyone's chats, etc., then you definitely want to get started NOW:
1) You can set up your own private Rankings list and curate it between now and the draft, and then simply load it into the draft room in order to see it at your fingertips and easily pick players from it. You can even make notes on each player and see your notes in your draft room.
2) You can set up your own Ragnarok league under your account, and then launch your own unlimited private Ragnarok draft rooms with just two mouse clicks each time. Keepers, the draft order, etc. would automatically be reflected in each room that you create. This will allow you to mock draft Ragnarok as many times as you wish.
3) If you want to mock draft with anyone else, simply become Friends and then you can add them to any draft room that you created. |

I'm looking for rookie round keepers

and striking out. Anyone know what thread that's on or where they are going? The customizeddrafts site is badass.
But want to make the room as close to reality as possible...

go to My Leagues and click on the Keepers number
From there, you can enter keepers for each team. That way, every league draft room you launch will be preconfigured and ready to draft. |

I figured that out...

I mean the rounds that the few owners kept rookies in Ragnarok. I think Billy kept Wentz in like 15, Stu kept Zeke in two... but I can't find that in Ragnarok. But thanks for the tip! |
