Free Agency vs IR
Give the rundown on my options for dealing with Ware. Is there an injured reserve system to use or is my only option Free Agency. I looked at the rules and there is still a statement that says, and I am paraphrasing a bit. It reads that there is still an option of putting him on the IR and obtaining another player, but there is also a statement that says Free Agency is the ONLY OPTION FOR OBTAINING A FREE AGENT. I am trying to start an unpleasant debate, I just want some clarity....Punky |

Oops, we added the ir spot back in last year.

Only one spot per team. It is a one way street and the player can not return to active duty this year. You may use it on ware, but if you do not intend on keeping him as a franchise player it would be a waste. |
