Week 14 matchups

Ok, I've divided the teams by # of home games after 13 weeks, and by division, sorted by YTD points. We need to decide on the principles that we want to apply... 1) make all of the Week 14 matchups be non-divisional, and 2) best vs. worst (using points to measure strength), or equal matchups?
If we go with non-divisional matchups (the fairest way, or we'll have a couple of games be divisional - that's a big deal), there are two groups to resolve:
Group A:
Csonka 7-home teams:
Wiseguys (623 points)
Vultures (552)
Ducks (549)
@ Jaworski 6-home teams:
Biskafas (566 points)
Illuminati (552)
Bulldogs (417)
Group B:
Jaworski 7-home teams:
Scandal (688)
Rogues (515)
@ Csonka 6-home teams:
Slashers (514)
Blunts (480)
So, to address point #2 about matchups using strength, at first glance I would match up teams "equally" as opposed to seeding #1 vs. #3 for example (in Group A). It seems an unfair advantage to give the "stronger" teams favorable matchups in a critical week for everyone.
In that case, I would have Week 14 be:
Wiseguys @ Biskafas
Vultures @ Illuminati
Ducks @ Bulldogs
Scandal @ Slashers
Rogues @ Blunts
