if anyone is planning on cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving and hasn't procured one yet, check out Windy Bottoms Farm. the turkeys are raised on a local family farm and they spent their days outside. yesterday i helped them butcher their flock - you can't get any more farm-to-table than this. and it's only $3.75/lb and comes with free giblets.
i cooked one of their turkeys last year and it was the best turkey, ever.
