    I just got a text from the Tiki House owner
    he said that we were the best tenants that he had all year and he hopes we come back again next season.

    Has everyone voted in the poll about the tiki house?
    I got a message from the owner. He said that there will probably a slight increase in price for next year. He didn't say how much, but my guess is that the increase won't raise the cost per night very much.

    He wants to know if we want him to just keep the deposit and hold the place for next year.

    Yea!
    If the guy is willing to hold he deposit, so that's already taken care of, seems a no brainer. Plus it was cool, close to a store, and quasi-private.
