Rules meeting will be held at 1pm on July 31st, at the royal.

These are the items I remember being up for discussion. 1) Add an injury reserve slot. 2) Reduce the roster size. 3) Getting rid of the +7 for draft order which is connected to... 4) getting rid of the franchise player. 5) scoring changes. 6) re-adding the rookie keeper. 7) order of play-off seeds. 8) Multiple free agency each week. 9) Free agency tie breakers. 10) Kicker and D slots are used only for this. 11)Adding a division draft every (X) years for our league.

Rules meeting results!!!

1. There will be an Injured Reserve slot, added. This will be a one way trip for the entire year. If the player comes back, he will not be available to start. This would be used to retain a franchise player for the next year or a rookie. Drafted injured rookies could be put in this slot.
2. The roster size has been reduced by one player, the 3rd QB. This will free up 12 players into free agency, making it more active.
3. We will retain the +7 draft order.
4. We will retain the franchise player position.
5. No viable solution was reached on scoring changes.
6. The rookie rule has been re-instated. Last years rookies are not eligible. Rookies must be drafted and continually be on a roster, but can be traded.
7. Entering the play-offs will remain the same. The order of the seeds will change. They will be now be put in the following order: Record, points for, points against, ro-sham-bo.
8. We will add an additional free agency on sunday at 10:00 am.
9. Free agency will now have a tie breaker. Lowest record wins. Lowest points will get the second tie, if available.
10. Re-structuring the divisions will be looked into further. We may vote on this at the draft.
11. The "I have no franchise player round will be moved to the end of the 1st round. 12th picking first.
12. Franchise players are still due on draft day. Rookies, one week before the draft.
13. The two "D" slots are only usable for "D's." The two Kicker slots can only be used for kickers. This will add more players to the free agency pool.
