It took longer than expected

Finally, the owner of the tiki house sent me the rental agreement. I just got it about an hour ago. I'm posting a link to it here so that everyone can see it. My plan is to get it into the mail with the deposit check tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. I would just like confirmation from everyone that they've read it and agree with it before I send it out.

we'll have 9 at a minimum, but there is still a chance we could have 10, 11, or even all 12 of us. change that to be 12 people (as unlikely as it is) and i think i all looks perfect? i think Gustafson is trying to come down and i'm not sure about Lymburner. and it sounds like Dat has a 5% chance of leaving Bismarck, ND, too.

| I am willing to chip in to the pot to help them get down here. If they can float the plane tix, I will pick up at airport and kick towards the house. If that helps. Also, 50/50 right now that u will be there Thursday- Monday, there by adding a human night to the equation. |

| $158 is for one way. That's how SW does it. It's $356 RT. To get the best price, they should wait until the week of July 17 to book. Preferably on a Tuesday. |
