Rookie Rule

| It has been brought to my attention by W.R.M.C. that under the Rookie rule, even if a player is drafted but then becomes a free agent, that player is not eligible to be kept under the Rookie rule. I did not know this. It was my understanding that they only had to be drafted. As such, I am not allowed to keep J. Mathews under the Rookie rule. |
