Update

|
MRI showed today a Squashed disk is the reason for the back pain. Gonna rehab and come back even stronger!!! |

like, does "squashed" equal "ruptured?" or just damaged, but it can rebound over time? |

Nothing worse than back problems. If/When it come time for surgery, Try to find a doc who can do the repair with laser. Rehab time reduced, scar tissue is almost nil. Which means, less possibility for nerve damage/chronic pain. |

hopefully that is a minor rupture and can heal over time. i had two full ruptures of L4 and L5, so i understand your new universe. if you need anything, let me know. |
