    Billy: Visionary? Or Psychic?
Billy has been publicly applauded for his innovative drafting methods, and has always been one of the visionaries of the league. However, recent events suggest that there is more to Billy's powers. Some time in the last week or two, Billy put Knowhon Moreno on IR, presumably to add a roster spot without having to drop a potentially valuable FA (told you the guy is very clever). But yesterday, Moreno was actually placed on the Broncos IR after being hurt on Sunday. Coincidence? Or is it suggestive of something much bigger. Keith, as resident expert in all things supernatural, I submit Billy as a person of interest. Visionary? Psychic? Or is it something more sinister...

Something sinister is clearly in the works!
So less than 24 hours after a through curb stomping delivered to the Vikings by their rivals across the border. The Viking received another kick to the groin by the Minnesota Legislature. The special session that the Governor was to call in order to find revenue streams to fund the public portion of "The Peoples Stadium" was cancelled due to lack of political support. Which leads me to the sinister part.

I love the Vikings, this is evident by the fact that I have three of their players on my roster, none of which are named Adrian Peterson. I do not love the gaming that teams use to manipulate politics and tax bases. $600,000,000.00 is the public portion of the price tag that has yet to be funded. Last spring the Minnesota Legislature had to make up 6 billion dollars in the biannual budget. Important items like Preschool funding, Post high school funding, Nursing home, Health care for children and the poor, as well as many other social programs all reduced or cut. How can I or, anyone for that matter support public funding of a new stadium when this is happening? I don't blame the Ziggy Wilf family for asking for the money or even threatening to leave for a new community that will pay for a new field. He is a genius when it comes to business and money and wouldn't have become a multi billionaire without playing all the angles. He is just following in the footsteps of over a dozen other franchises who have pulled the same shit.

It has become quite apparent that unless an 11th hour solution presents itself that is also self funding, Minnesota will have hosted its last professional football game at the end of the season.
