since i'm a Luddite at heart and do not Twitter, i've had some uncertainty in my attempt to track down the Mendenall twitter comments in their entirety. but from what i've read, i'm in total agreement with everything he's tweeted. and i'm not one bit surprised by the pompous outrage across the country.
he's totally correct in his thoughts about celebrating death and about planes on 9/11, and frankly i also find some nuanced truths in his support for Purple Jesus' earlier controversial comments. this country has turned into a bunch of flatlined goosestepping mean-spirited idiots.
i'd be proud to have Mendenhall has my franchise player.
