sorry for the delay - i had mistakenly thought they were up there. as of monday, you can peruse free agents and manage your bids.
also note that as of 2010, Midgard will have a slightly different approach to how free agent bids are resolved. in the past, the winning bid value was simply the highest bid. going forward, though, everyone will be putting in their "max bid" and the winning bid value is +1 over the second highest bid.
so if someone bid 5 CP on Alfred Pupunu and another team went nuts and bid 11 CP, the winning team gets Pupunu for 6 CP. |

"worst" team wins tiebreakers
|
|
|
|
In the case of a tie, the team with the worst W-L record wins the tiebreaker and thus the player being bid upon. If the W-L record is the same, the second level tiebreaker goes to the team with the lower YTD points. After that, it goes to which team placed the bid first. |
