| So now the Eagles will have a very disgruntled McNabb and possibly the most over-hyped player ever. How is this a good thing? Oh and I can't wait until the "fans" turn on Vick and show up en mass wearing borrowed Browns "Dawg Pound" masks. That will be entertaining! |

Vick isn't going to bother McNabb. Donovan loves Vick. And with Kolb hurt, the Eagles needed a backup QB. Besides, it would probably help McNabb out if he could take a few plays off each game. It all works.
My guess is the fans don't turn on him at all, and instead embrace him. I don't think PETA gets alot of traction in South Philly. |

| That McNabb sighed a 24.5 million buck ext. giving him a $ 5.6 buck raise for the next two years. i think he is pretty happy. He lobbied for signing vick, and i garon tee that vick is better than a healthy kolb who in my mind was one of the biggest reaches ever in the history of andy reid eagle football. Super Bowl champs 2010!!!! |

| Vick also posseses superior speed/agility compared to Kolb as well as intangibles such as shiv building, high tolerance for gang ass raping and being able to kill a 120 pound dog by holding its hind legs and bashing its skull on the ground. (on second thought, Kolb may actually be even on the ass rape tolerance) |

i think i speak for all of us (or at least, i should) when i say that ragnarok is the only fantasy football league that matters. just b/c i beat my 6-year old neighbor in a 50-meter dash (barely) doesn't mean i deserve an olympic gold medal. what are we, the fucking Cub Scouts? do you get a trophy for volunteering for church, helping an old lady across the street, or learning how to tie a slipknot? i mean, sweet jesus, KENT has two trophies next to his name. where the hell did those come from?
why don't we give some trophies to the Eagles fans to congratulate them for signing Mike Vick? Let's also give a trophy to Billy for having two keepers with the same first initial and last name. How bout another to the Factor to make him feel better for his franchise player getting injured again? i ate an apple 30 minutes ago--isn't that deserving of a trophy?
i motion to remove the non-ragnarok trophies from beside the forum posts in this, the RAGNAROK league page, or at least changing them to something much less meaningful--like a picture of some dog shit, or keith's cheatsheet. no more hiding behind false accolades, people. it's time to man up. |
