that name Aces High came about whilst i was in an Iron Maiden binge years ago, and i think the name has way too many poker connotations these days. it also makes me feel as if i might as well put on black socks and sandals and take up ping pong.
so let's revisit the league name and try to come up with something that is cool and that reflects the dynastic nature of our league? anyone have any ideas they'd like to toss out?

Name change
I've been playing FF for a long time (my first year I drafted Curtis Martin as a rookie in the 13th round - anyone know what year that was?).
Keeping with the Iron Maiden theme, I think "Wasted Years" would be somewhat appropriate (at least that's what my wife would say)!

Too funny and fitting
I've been trying to think of names that reflected the dynastic nature of this league and had a pretty decent list but I just threw it in the trash. Wasted Years is perfect.
Funny you should ask about Martin, his rookie year and your rookie year were the same as my rookie year and the rookie I drafted was Joey Galloway and I drafted Steve Young #1. I even had Barry Sanders on my team. 1995. I miss keeping records with pen and paper and doing my own scoring and most of all having to do my own research.
Wasted Years indeed.
