being that the two new owners will be in rebuild mode for this season, and in recognition of both the conservative economics of Aces High (only 30 Quid per season) and how the previous ownerships did not parlay their Quid into strength, the two new owners will have their bank balances raised to equal the lowest balance of the non-new owners.
this means that both new teams will have a bank balance of 59 Quid to start their franchise with (instead of the current 27 and 48). |
