Free Agency Session is added

as per the AllBlacks request, i have added a free agency session for 10 pm Wednesday. i do not know what the ICB final date is for free agency, so i don't know if this one is legal, or if any others need to be added.
note that the commissioner can go to the Commissioner link, then Edit Free Agent Dates, and add as many as the ICB wishes... |
