Rookie Rule: Was it changed?

| I am under the impression that the rookie rule still requires an owner to have drafted and retained a rookie for the full year in order to keep them the next year under the rookie rule. In talking to Keith, he recalls that rule being changed. However, the original rule is still the one that appears in the official rules. Does anyone else remember this rule changing? Did we actually approve a change, or just talk about it? |

If it was talked about before I joined the league, that's one thing. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been talked about (or changed) since I joined. That would be a pretty significant change...
