looking at the Official ICB Rules (link is on league homepage), it says that a tie is a tie. ICB can make it any way that they wish. some leagues use particular positions as the first level of tiebreaker, such as the starting head coach, or the starting defense, etc.
does the ICB have an existing, official rule? |
