Rookie Rule clarifications
We are going to have a bumper crop of Rookies to draft in the 2021 Ragnarok Draft.
1. All players that would have been Rookie Keepers in 2020 are still eligible to be Rookie Keepers in 2021.
2. All NFL rookies drafted in the 2020 NFL Draft are considered to be eligible Rookies in the 2021 Ragnarok Draft.
3. All NFL rookies drafted in the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft are also eligible Rookies in the 2021 Ragnarok Draft.

retro Rookie Rule responsible rewrite?
While the insanity of a double Rookie draft sounded neat, it turns out that it may simply be insane.
Thanks to Sean for providing some sanity on this topic, as he points out that it would not be competitively fair. I had mistakenly thought that since everyone is in the same boat, we would all be equal and it would just be a matter of individual choice. However, that's not really the case because some of these 2020 rookies are of such high caliber that they would be choosen in the first round and therefore not every team will get a crack at them. Which is fine in and of itself, but it becomes problematic next year when these first and second round rookies get their kept round be declared in 2022 and also receive a 24-round protection.
I think that we should just have 2020 be the Season of Lost Rookies and move on. It's not worth disrupting what is a very fair and competitive Ragnarok rules set.
What do y'all think?

2020 was lost
And so is everything involved with RAGNAROK in 2020. I am fine with it. For the 2019 rookies drafted, rule still applies in this draft, correct?

Good clarification. Here is a summary proposal as it stands now:
* 2019 rookies can be declared in any Round in the 2021 Ragnarok Draft. * 2020 rookies can eat a bag of dicks. * 2021 rookies can be drafted and then declared in any Round in the 2022 Ragnarok Draft.
