    Mock results
Just to get the blood flowing, here's the results (along with a few comments) of the 6 round mock draft recently held by representatives from the Bulldogs, Wiseguys, Scandal, Vultures, and blue margarita drinking Illuminati. You will automatically be deducted 5 quid if you read this.

Bandits (soon to be Whiskey Ducks?) - 1. Ricky Williams 20. Michael Bennett 21. Hines Ward 40. Donald Driver 41. Charles Rogers 60. Drew Bledsoe. With Culpepper and Moss gone we knew David would panic and grab the next best Viking a little too high and Rogers won't be the next Moss but it was pick for the future.

Pfleugers - 2. Tomlinson 14. Fred Taylor 22. Eric Moulds 39. David Boston 42. Jeff Garcia 59. Duce Staley. Looks good on paper but with Fragile Fred, Boston and his baggage and Duce "I wonder where I'll be next year" all on one team in dynasty league, you better get your quid out.

Bulldogs - 3. Portis 14. Tiki Barber 23. Peyton Manning 38. Koren Robinson 43. Tony Gonzalez 58. Donte Stallworth. Very nice Jamie, you must have been at the draft. Hope Portis isn't used up and spit out like all the other Denver backs or you'll be trying to determine which rookie RB's won't be a bust for years to come.

Illuminati - 4. Priest Holmes 17. Corey Dillon 24. Stephen Davis 37. Brett Favre 44. Charlie Garner 57. Travis Taylor. Loading up on the most valuable commodity in the league with an eye towards midseason trades from a position of great strength or simply lying through his freakin teeth. And we hope you do take "Old Man Winter".

Rogues - 5. Shaun Alexander 16. Travis Henry 25. Aaron Brooks 36. Amani Toomer 45. Chris Chambers 56. Chad Johnson. Nice young talent, Jim was obviously the only one not drinking. Willis McGahee with the next pick Jim?

Turkey Vultures - 6. Deuce McAllister 15. Randy Moss 26. Jamal Lewis 35. Todd Heap 46. Jerry Porter 55. Julius Peppers. "Peppers will be mine forever!", but Moss and the Vulture Boss go together like oil and water so this was an obvious trade pick knowing the league has two hard core Viking fans who drool purple.

Scandal - 7. Edgerrin James 14. Culpepper 27. William Green 36. Torry Holt 47. Peerless Price 54. Brian Urlacher. Also a nice bunch of young studs on the rise but you will be damned forever for taking Urlacher. However, Culpepper might not be worth #14 until Keith and David come calling, but we all know that won't take too long.

Slashers - 8. Faulk 13. Vick 28. Plaxico 33. C-Mart 48. Keyshawn 53. Laveraneus. Must be a good draft if all the picks are one name recognizable. Mix of young and getting-old here but who can argue with production. If nothing else, cliff will own the Sports Center Top Ten Plays of the Week with Faulk and Vick.

Biskafas - 9. Ahman Green 12. McNabb 29. Eddie George 32. Joe Horn 49. Jimmy Smith 52. Stacey Mack. If McNabb can carry the Eagles on his broad shoulders then perhaps he can carry the Biskafas too. He may have to with a team loaded with declining production and question marks. Sorry Dan, Keith did most of the picking for you.

Wiseguys - 10. Marvin Harrison 11. Terrell Owens 30. Kevan Barlow 31. Jeremy Shockey 50. T. J. Duckett 51. James Thrash. Draft day surprise, Don Krauss passes on the RB's and nabs the two best WR's in the league. Oh my head! Harrison and Owens is a scary proposition to face, plus the Don does whatever it takes to grab Shockey and has two RB's of the future if not the now.

In related news, the Turkey Vultures and Bandits have pulled a mock trade involving Randy Moss for an undisclosed amount of quid and a future conditional draft pick. Terms to be announced.
