Since we’ve reshuffled Divisions, changed the names, will be adapting the draft order some time in the future, and Kent has been declared the Winner --which he still is! -- ...I just want everyone to know that I have given Burnsville their new colors and Wisdom for the season on our Home Page. ...Just a small facelift... but how do I tell them?
Okay. I bought my first mag today. YES. I still use that old version of information sharing! And I got that shimmer in my bones that I get every year about this time. And YES! We are 62 days away for the best damn League in Fantasy Football to begin its 21st season!
P.S. I have a new principal this year. Plus I’m going to a wedding for a former student who is getting married in the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta GA! (under dinosaur bones and shit! AND the preacher is ordained in Dudeism, from the movie The Big Lebowski, and that is how they are being recognized! Cool.) I’ll have to tell all the guys about that soon!
Moving On. I’m thinking of going Thursday and leaving Sunday after the 1:00’s because:
1. I might have to miss that Friday next week because of the wedding
2. The Sunday night games are just, Eh. And I’m usually mental toast by then
3. Because the TNG is the CHIEFS vs. PATS! I would love nothing more than see THE CHIEFS destroy Carol Brady and the Pats. In The Draft House. Nothing could start the weekend better. (That just me talking...)
P.S.S. I know the theme is Heavy Metal/Hard Rock here mostly, but in three weeks I’m flying to Denver and seeing Tedeschi/Trucks for two nights at Red Rocks. Opening both nights with The Wood Bros., and Hot Tuna. On the second night, John Bell from Widespread Panic will be sitting in with TTB! While in Colorada, I’ll check out those gummies! Some of the guys might like a souvenier…
P.S.S.S. I wonder who everyone is keeping, and why the fuck hasn’t Kent made his slot pick yet?
