not sure how this happened, but Zach placed a simple legal bid of 16MB on Dwayne Washington and it was not included in the processing. i'll do a full vetting of the FA code this week, using Zach's actual data in a development environment. it's really odd because FA's codebase hasn't changed in a really long time, but it seems a bit sketchy in 2016.
