| Did we Ever settle on a team deciding not to keep a franchise player? Wasn't that up for discussion? What was the result? |

i don't think it was ever passed, but it was Proposal 14.5
|
|

| Rules Proposal 14.5. i don't see it in the rules book. i'm all for opening it up for discussion for making it official for the current season. |

|
|
|
|
| If a team elects to declare no franchise player, they get a compensatory pick between the of Round 2 and the beginning of Round 3. If more than one team elects to go this route, the order of compensatory picks will be the same as the draft order (see Round 1). |
