Deadline for declaring team ownership is July 15

i've heard from about half the league so far, and thanks to those who have responded to past pokes. for the remaining handful of owners, please let us know whether or not you intend to keep your team this season.
i've written forum posts, sent direct emails, and invited everyone to LeagueSafe, so it's prolly time to take it to the next stage. in order to guarantee a full league when we start the auction in august, we need to know about any vacancies with enough time to fill the ownership slots. sometimes that effort can take weeks, and therefore we have to have a hard deadline for determining action.
hopefully everyone will re-up, but reality demands that at some point we have to assume that silence means non-participation.

| for the past month and a half i've made posts and sent emails directly, and we're now in the second half of July and so unless i hear something soon i am going to be forced to find some new owners. what's the good word, dudes? are you coming back for 2014, or are you admitting that it's impossible to beat the Early Men? |

and I think everyone has access to a calendar. July 15 has come and gone so CLEARLY they have no interest. I am going to ask around work to see if anyone wants one of the 2 vacant spots!
Is it really almost August!

if anyone has any friends of caliber high enough to play in Aurora, we have two openings. there are only two hardfast requirements. 1) they pay on time. 2) they participate the entire season, even if they are not having a winning season. we do not tolerate deadbeat owners in Aurora - those folk can go join a yahoo league instead.
so if anyone knows anyone who would be a good fit and who you/we'd have fun with playing, we have the openings. feel free to ask around. |
