Quick Draft question
When we nominate a player and put in our Min and Max bid, if our Max bid is passed up by a another team making a higher bid are we allowed to bid again on that player.

Yes
If you lose control of a player on an auction block and another team takes it over (thus resetting the 24 hour clock), you can come back with a higher bid and take it back (thus resetting the clock again).
And if you are in control of a player, you can adjust your secret maximum bid anytime you wish. It's not locked in at the original value.

yep
click on the current bid value of any player who is still being actively bid upon.
