| Hope everyone's holidays have been joyous! Being that it is a new year, I have made some commitments to myself concerning Ragnarok in 2012. Wait, first let me say "Good job" to sean this year for winning the championship. I can't wait for more of his totally lop-sided trade offers next year. O.K., back to me...First, I am going to re-commit my self to shit talking. I think i let some of yous off a little easy this year. Second, as i made it my personal mission at the draft last year to screw with Keith's head, I am now announcing my mission this year to screw with the nO0b's head... and begin. Third and finally, when we get together for draft weekend this year, i am totally committing my self to a higher intake of fermented beverages. I think this last on everyone should think about. Can't wait to see all of you. Superbowl party??????? |

I hope everyone had a better New Year's Eve experience than Alicia and I did at Kildare's. Wow was that bad! I rarely ever send food back, but apparently the amigos cooked my burger to nice crunchy extra-well done, and did the same to Alicia's turkey sammich. Oh well.
Major congrats to Sean, for proving that the Walsh is indeed the 3733T Division in Ragnarok. Can't wait to see you guys soon! |

Sorry about the delay on posting here - it's been a pretty hectic past 2 weeks for me.
Congrats to Sean on crushing everything in his path (including dropping 125 points on me in the playoffs) on the way to another title.
Congrats are also in order for Mike (the n00b) for having a stellar rookie season. The Walsh division may have spent all season cheering and congratulating themselves, but it was the Donovan division that put 2 teams into the 2nd round.
Many thanks to the commish for keeping it all together for us - and to the NFL and it's players for making sure there was a season.

| we're still waiting on the Factor to pony up for this season, and prizes will be paid out as soon as that takes place. my apologies for this - i had thought we were all square before the season began. everybody is free to begin the public tar and feathering of the Factor ownership. |

| i've left a couple of messages to no avail. if someone wants to take upon themselves the IOU from the Factor for the 75 bucks, i'll go ahead and allocate payouts. otherwise, we can continue to wait and hopefully it'll be resolved in a reasonable timeframe. |

i hate to do this, but let's just put it all out there and maybe this stuff won't happen anymore. i also covered 100 bucks out of my own pocket for last year's prize fund and haven't gotten reimbursed.
this just underscores the rigidity that we need to strive for come July of every year. simply put, everyone should count on July being when dues are due; July happens at the same time every year. i can't even estimate how many hours of my time i have spent over the years tracking down dues among the three leagues i run, and that is why i made the move to LeagueSafe this season. seriously, HOURS of time. you wouldn't believe what it took to get dues from Will.
anyways, i know it's a jungle out there and times can be tough. but this kind of needs to be addressed and then never happen again. and i hate to do it, but i may have to start being a hardass in Ragnarok like i do with Midgard and Aurora - if you want a team, pay your dues ahead of time. and if you don't pay your dues you don't have a team.
i don't want to have to spend another calorie of energy on such a stupid issue. |

| No money, no team. Keith should not have to go through this, nor the jerks, ehhem, owners who won money this year. I propose a 7 day Grace period after the July due date, giving ample time to contact delinquent owners, and after said 7 day period, team is forfited for new ownership. Let's just cut out all the BS and act like grown-ups( except the one weekend in September) Seconds? |

| This shouldn't be a shock or surprise to anyone. Most of us have been here almost a decade or more. There's always that ugly word in every kind of relationship. Divorce. NO ONE should have to worry about this issue anymore. Get on board or find another hobby. There's lots to do out there. Besides, money is a large part of this, right? The prize along with the glory. Otherwise we may as well start a Candyland (board game)League....for candy. |

I'll just voice my agreement--the rules and deadlines are cut and dry and have been followed without error by almost every owner each year. If an owner cannot adhere to these policies, as a league we're better off removing the emotional element from the process and just finding someone who can. |

If tracking down the missing money proves to be mission impossible (though hopefully with less scenes of Tom Cruise sprinting), I'd be ok with deducting this amount from my winners' booty.
The money is great and I don't want to sound like a pretentious asshole by saying it isn't important--but the continuity of The Greatest League On Earth is even more important. It sounds like there's an unfortunate track record of this happening, and Keith shouldn't be repeatedly stuck with the awkward task of being the Ragnarok Collections Agency.
