Scoring:
Kickers, I think FGs from 1-39 should be worth 3 pts.
DF/ST, think pt spreads need tweaking, such as 0=10pts, 1-7=6pts, 8-10=4pts, 10-14=2pts, 14-17=1pts, 17-24=0pts, 24-28=-1pt, 28-31=-2pts, 31-35=-4pts, 35+=-6pts.
Fumbles should be -2pts.
TD passes by anyone should be 6pts. PAT's pass should be 2pts.
Roster size:
20 is pretty large for a 12 team league, I'd suggest 18, and open up the auction a little more so you aren't required to have 3 QBs, but instead have more optional spots.
Live Scoring and Standings:
Too many stat errors for my liking. I feel like I have to audit each and every week to make sure I didn't miss pts somewhere.
I think the "VP" has a little too much power. Maybe you should get a half pt for 1st half of week's highest scores. (or mayabe 2 VPs for a win, 1 for scoring in top half)
Is 4 divisions too much? seems kind of crazy that a 9 VP team goes to the playoffs and they get a 4 seed. If you wouldn't want to change to 3 divisions, then maybe seeding in the playoffs can be like the NBA, top 3 spots are for division winners, but 4-6 are determined by VPs.
Free Agency:
Should go all season long, even playoffs.

I agree with the defnese. a best week for a def. team can not even come close to the best at any other postion. Maybe add points for lower scores and sacks are 2 points and INT. and fumbles are 4. All field goals should be a min. 3 pts.
TD's are 6 points and so should INTs. and fumbles(-6 points). Make the bad QBs pay for their mistakes.
we have 9 starting postions each week. we should only have 12 postion teams. Make F.A. fun after the orignal draft(which is awesome by the way). let us make decisions to keep a guy or play with out to keep a player like Brees or Rodgers during their by weeks.
Also need to correct the 1 point per reception. not fair to running backs. If we keep the 1 point/rec. then we need to add 1 point per every 2 rushing attemps to help even out wr and rb points.
Best QB week should be equal to the best RB, WR, TE, def/ST, week with K and coach as a add on. that way if you cant get the bets QB but can get the best somewhere else you still have a chance to win |

The whole thing with messed up stats, yea it can be rough sometime but for the past 2 months (at least), Keith has been working about 60-70 hours a week. It's just how it goes and it's always good to have work!
