I scavenged some computer parts from work and they are assembled into a semblance of a working machine. That's the good news. The bad news is that this system is so fucking old it is running Windows 5. No kidding. I am having massive flashbacks just using it. Well and the 70's doesn't help either. This thing simply won't load most pages, and the ones it will are done so reluctantly.
Big shout out to Stu and Koo for providing pithy commentary while I've been in the black hole of nothingness that is lack of internet access. I am going to attempt my usual article tomorrow morning but I'm making no promises. Of course even under optimal conditions, it's a crap shoot whether I'll successfully post anyway so no big deal.
